How it works

Plan one catch per point below 75, then floor(skill / 44) catches per point. This is a conservative Classic planning model; its random extra gains are not credited. Escapes use effective skill minus the zone base plus 5, clamped to 0–100%; below the zone base the model cannot catch. These are planning assumptions, not Blizzard guarantees.

Default 20 seconds per cast is editable, not a measured game duration. Shiny Baubles (+25) and Bright Baubles (+75, skill 100) last 10 minutes; reapplication counts are estimated from active time. The Artisan quest requires level 35 and skill 225. Already-owned books/ranks are assumed below your entered current skill; there is no character-level selector.
