What it does
Activates Presence of Mind, so the next spell is instant, then casts Polymorph on your focus if it is a living enemy, otherwise on your target.
How to use
Use it when a cast Polymorph would be interrupted or dispelled before it lands, such as on a healer about to save their teammate.

Limitations
- Both go off in one press because Presence of Mind doesn't trigger the global cooldown.

How to add a macro in the game
- Type /macro in the chat box and press Enter, or open the game menu and choose Macros.
- Choose New. Give the macro a name and pick the question-mark icon: with #showtooltip the button then shows the spell it casts.
- On this page, choose a macro and press Copy Macro.
- Click into the macro window's text box and paste (Ctrl+V, or ⌘V on a Mac).
- Drag the macro's icon from the window onto an action bar.
General Macros are shared by all your characters on the account; Character Specific Macros belong to one character. Class macros belong in the character tab.
