What it does
With Alt held it heals you. Otherwise it heals the friendly player under your mouse cursor, or your target when the cursor is on nobody.
How to use
Heal from your party or raid frames by pointing at a frame and pressing the key, while your target stays on the boss.

Compatibility
How to add a macro in the game
- Type /macro in the chat box and press Enter, or open the game menu and choose Macros.
- Choose New. Give the macro a name and pick the question-mark icon: with #showtooltip the button then shows the spell it casts.
- On this page, choose a macro and press Copy Macro.
- Click into the macro window's text box and paste (Ctrl+V, or ⌘V on a Mac).
- Drag the macro's icon from the window onto an action bar.
General Macros are shared by all your characters on the account; Character Specific Macros belong to one character. Class macros belong in the character tab.
