Overview
In the south of Ashenvale forest the Silverwing Sentinels fight to drive the Warsong Outriders out of the gulch. Two teams of ten race to steal each other's flag.

- Take the enemy flag from their base and bring it to yours while your own flag is at home.

- The first team to capture the flag three times wins.
How to get there
The entrances are between Ashenvale and the Barrens in Kalimdor; you can also queue with a battlemaster in the capital cities.
Map and objectives
Flag rules
- Right-click the enemy flag to pick it up; right-click the flag icon while carrying it to drop it.
- Invulnerability, mounting and stealth stop you from picking up a flag, and using them while carrying it drops it.
- Right-click your own dropped flag to return it to your base.
- A capture only counts while your own flag is at its starting position. Both flags then return to their bases shortly after.
Tips
- Split into flag offense and flag defense: a capture needs your flag at home.
- Escort your flag carrier; healers keep carriers alive long enough to cross the field.
- Three power-ups respawn around the map; use them to swing a fight.
- Spirit Guides revive the dead in waves at each team's graveyard, so time a push for just after the enemy's wave.
- Every capture and the win give the whole team bonus Honor.

Each game awards the Warsong Gulch Mark of Honor.
