Overview
The League of Arathor and the Forsaken Defilers fight over the rich resources of Arathi Basin, in the Arathi Highlands. Teams of fifteen capture and hold five resource nodes.
- Objective
- Capture the five nodes — the Stables, Gold Mine, Blacksmith, Farm and Lumber Mill — and hold them.
- How to win
- The first team to gather 2,000 resources wins.
How to get there
The Alliance entrance is inside Refuge Pointe and the Horde entrance just north of Hammerfall, both in the Arathi Highlands; battlemasters in the capitals queue you too.

Nodes
- The Blacksmith is in the middle, the Stables near the Alliance base, the Farm near the Horde base, the Gold Mine in the northeast and the Lumber Mill in the southwest.
- Click a node's flag to claim it: the whole battleground is told, your flag replaces it in a matter of seconds, and a few minutes later its resources start coming in. The enemy can take it back the same way.
- Each node you hold adds resources, and the more you hold the faster they come.
Tips
- You don't need all five: holding more nodes than the enemy wins the race.
- Leave defenders on the nodes you hold; a lone attacker can claim an empty flag.
- Both teams earn bonus Honor from the resources they gather, so keep fighting even when behind.
- The entrance vendor lists every reputation reward, even those you can't buy yet.
Rewards
Each game awards the Arathi Basin Mark of Honor.
No reputation rewards are listed for this battleground.
