Bandage Yourself

Requires level 1

Applies a bandage to yourself without losing your target.

Enter Macro Commands:

#showtooltip
/use [@player] <<Your bandage>>
44/255 Characters Used

Replace the highlighted words with your own before copying.

What it does

Uses your bandage on yourself, whatever you have targeted.

How to use

Put your best bandage's name in place of the placeholder. Use it between fights, or when the enemy is crowd-controlled: any damage interrupts the channel.

Requirements

  • From level 1

Nothing beyond the spells in the macro.

How it works

  1. #showtooltip
    • The button shows whatever the macro will cast: its icon, cooldown and tooltip
  2. /use [@player] <<Your bandage>>
    • Use <<Your bandage>> · On: Yourself

Limitations

  • Bandages need First Aid skill and leave Recently Bandaged on you, so one at a time.

How to add a macro in the game
  1. Type /macro in the chat box and press Enter, or open the game menu and choose Macros.
  2. Choose New. Give the macro a name and pick the question-mark icon: with #showtooltip the button then shows the spell it casts.
  3. On this page, choose a macro and press Copy Macro.
  4. Click into the macro window's text box and paste (Ctrl+V, or ⌘V on a Mac).
  5. Drag the macro's icon from the window onto an action bar.

General Macros are shared by all your characters on the account; Character Specific Macros belong to one character. Class macros belong in the character tab.
