What it does

Orders your pet to attack your target, then starts Auto Shot. The ! keeps a second press from toggling Auto Shot off.

How to use

Open every fight with it: your pet gets a head start on threat while your first shots go out.

How to add a macro in the game

Type /macro in the chat box and press Enter, or open the game menu and choose Macros.
Choose New. Give the macro a name and pick the question-mark icon: with #showtooltip the button then shows the spell it casts.
On this page, choose a macro and press Copy Macro.
Click into the macro window's text box and paste (Ctrl+V, or ⌘V on a Mac).
Drag the macro's icon from the window onto an action bar.

General Macros are shared by all your characters on the account; Character Specific Macros belong to one character. Class macros belong in the character tab.

Sends your pet in and starts Auto Shot, without ever turning Auto Shot off.
