    • Repelling WaveKnocks all nearby enemies back a great distance, dealing 4163 to 4837 Fire damage and stunning them for 3 sec.
    • Enervating BrandBrands an enemy target, siphoning power from the target and any allies within 12 yards of the target. This effect occurs every 2 sec, and reduces affected enemies' damage by 2% per application, while increasing the caster's damage accordingly.
    • Blade TempestRapidly twirling blades deal 70% of weapon damage to enemies in front of the attacker every 0.5 sec for 4 sec.
    • CleaveInflicts 110% of normal melee damage to an enemy and its nearest allies, affecting up to 3 targets.

A black dragonflight champion. He cleaves, spins in Blade Tempest, casts Repelling Wave and marks a player with Enervating Brand, which drains those near them. At half health he splits off a clone (on twenty-five, at two points).

    Tanks
Two tanks: when he splits, the second picks up the clone, and they stay apart.
    Healers
Players with Enervating Brand must move away from others; heal through Blade Tempest.
    Damage dealers
If you're branded, move away from the raid. Split damage evenly between Baltharus and his clone.

    • EnrageDecreases the time between your attacks by 150% for 10 sec.

A black drake. On the ground she breathes fire and Enrages (soothe or tranquilize it). In the air she marks players with Flame Beacon and Conflagrates them, burning them and anyone close.

    Tanks
Face her away from the raid on the ground; pick her up when she lands.
    Healers
In the air phase, beacon targets spread out; heal the conflagrated players.
    Damage dealers

    • CorporealityPhases the caster between the physical and Twilight realms, causing him to deal and receive normal damage in both.
    • Tail LashA sweeping tail strike hits all enemies behind the caster, inflicting 3063 to 3937 damage and stunning them for 2 sec.
    • CleaveInflicts 75% weapon damage to an enemy and its nearest allies, affecting up to 10 targets.
    • Flame BreathInflicts 17500 to 22500 Fire damage to enemies in a cone in front of the caster.
    • Fiery CombustionEngulfs an enemy target in flame, dealing 4000 Fire damage every 2 sec. Every time Fiery Combustion deals damage, it generates a Mark of Combustion charge on the target. When Combustion fades or is dispelled, it unleashes a patch of fire proportional in size to the number of charges present at the time. Either curse or magic removal may cleanse this affliction.

The Twilight Destroyer, fought in two realms. In the physical realm he breathes fire, lashes his tail and marks players with Fiery Combustion and Meteor Strike. In the twilight realm he marks with Soul Consumption and twilight cutters sweep the platform. In the last phase both halves fight at once and share health; Corporeality shows which realm is taking more damage.

    1. Physical: tank him facing away; players with Fiery Combustion run out before it explodes; avoid Meteor Strike's fire.
    2. Twilight: everyone goes through the portals; avoid the rotating twilight cutters and run out with Soul Consumption.
    3. Both realms: split the raid and keep damage even, watching the Corporeality bar.
    Tanks
One tank in each realm in the last phase, both facing Halion away from the raid.
    Healers
Healers split between realms; heal mark victims as they run out.
    Damage dealers
Run out with any mark, avoid the cutters, and balance damage between realms so Corporeality stays even.

Before you go

  • Split the raid between the two realms for Halion's last phase.
  • Keep the corporeality meter balanced so neither realm's Halion gains damage.
  • Level 80, no attunement.
