Overview
A compact prison with two cell-block wings. Most rewards come from quests rather than a large boss loot table, so collect the relevant quests before entering.
How to get there
The prison portal is beside the canals in Stormwind's Mage Quarter.

Collect Warden Thelwater's quests at the prison entrance and check your Stockade chain from the Deadmines investigation.
Horde
The portal is inside an Alliance capital. A hostile-city approach is generally unsuitable for a leveling party.
