Forge the ring that opens the seal between Lower and Upper Blackrock Spire. Only one member of the group needs it.
Requirements
Level 57. The chain needs three Lower Spire bosses, an Unadorned Seal of Ascension from Lower Spire enemies, and a trip to Emberstrife's den in Dustwallow Marsh.

1. Find Vaelan
Speak to Vaelan just inside Lower Blackrock Spire and accept Seal of Ascension. Collect an Unadorned Seal of Ascension, which drops from many Lower Spire enemies.

Objectives: 1 × Gemstone of Spirestone · 1 × Gemstone of Smolderthorn · 1 × Gemstone of Bloodaxe · 1 × Unadorned Seal of Ascension
2. Collect the three gemstones
Defeat Highlord Omokk (Spirestone), War Master Voone (Smolderthorn) and Overlord Wyrmthalak (Bloodaxe) for their gemstones, then return them with the seal to Vaelan.
First complete: Find Vaelan
3. Forge the seal on Emberstrife
Take the Unforged Seal and the Orb of Draconic Energy to Emberstrife in the Wyrmbog, Dustwallow Marsh. Beat him down, enslave him with the orb, and let his flame forge the seal placed before him.
