Forge the ring that opens the seal between Lower and Upper Blackrock Spire. Only one member of the group needs it.
Requirements
Level 57. The chain needs three Lower Spire bosses, an Unadorned Seal of Ascension from Lower Spire enemies, and a trip to Emberstrife's den in Dustwallow Marsh.
When it applies
Patch 3.0.8 removed the need for the seal: the door to Upper Blackrock Spire opens without it.
