Enter Macro Commands:
#showtooltip /cast [nocombat,stance:1] Charge; [combat,stance:3] Intercept; [nocombat] Battle Stance; Berserker Stance
What it does
Out of combat in Battle Stance it casts Charge; in combat in Berserker Stance, Intercept. In the wrong stance it switches to the right one instead, so the next press charges or intercepts.
How to use
Press it to open a fight with Charge, and again later to catch a runner with Intercept. Expect two presses whenever you start in the wrong stance.

Limitations
- Stance changes cost the rage above what Tactical Mastery lets you keep.

- On this page, choose a macro and press Copy Macro.
- Click into the macro window's text box and paste (Ctrl+V, or ⌘V on a Mac).
- Drag the macro's icon from the window onto an action bar.
General Macros are shared by all your characters on the account; Character Specific Macros belong to one character. Class macros belong in the character tab.
