What it does
Casts Call of the Elements, which places the totems set on your totem bar; with Shift held, Totemic Recall, which removes them and refunds some mana.
How to use
Choose your totems on the totem bar once, drop them all with one press at each pull, and Shift-press to recall them before moving on.

How to add a macro in the game
- Type /macro in the chat box and press Enter, or open the game menu and choose Macros.
- Choose New. Give the macro a name and pick the question-mark icon: with #showtooltip the button then shows the spell it casts.
- On this page, choose a macro and press Copy Macro.
- Click into the macro window's text box and paste (Ctrl+V, or ⌘V on a Mac).
- Drag the macro's icon from the window onto an action bar.
General Macros are shared by all your characters on the account; Character Specific Macros belong to one character. Class macros belong in the character tab.
