ElvUI replaces action bars, unit frames and more at once; Bartender4 or Dominos change only the bars. Don't run ElvUI's action bars together with another action bar addon.
Bartender4 and Dominos do the same job: Dominos adds visibility rules and paging per bar, Bartender4 more layout options. Use one.
Setting them up
- Back up WTF before trying a full UI replacement, so you can go back.
- Unlock and arrange the bars once, then lock them.
