Forge the key to Scholomance's gate. Alliance and Horde start at different camps but collect the same materials.
Requirements
Level 55, and All Along the Watchtowers completed for your faction's commander. You need 15 Skeletal Fragments, 15 gold, 2 Thorium Bars, a trip to Un'Goro Crater and Araj the Summoner's scarab.
When it applies
Opens the Scholomance gate. One key holder or a skilled lockpicker opens it for the party.
Burning Crusade rules follow the original 2.0–2.4.3 patches. Anniversary realms may apply them on a different schedule.

1. Start at Chillwind Camp
After All Along the Watchtowers, accept Scholomance from Commander Ashlam Valorfist and speak to Alchemist Arbington.

2. Fragments and the mold
Bring Arbington 15 Skeletal Fragments, then take the imbued fragments and 15 gold to Krinkle Goodsteel in Gadgetzan.

3. Forge the key and defeat Araj
Use the Skeleton Key Mold with 2 Thorium Bars by the lava lake atop Fire Plume Ridge and bring the unfinished key to Arbington. Defeat Araj the Summoner in Andorhal and bring Arbington Araj's Scarab.
