What it does

Activates Arcane Power and uses the trinket in your top trinket slot in the same press.

How to use

Press it at the start of a boss fight or for a burn phase, when the bonus damage matters most.

  1. #showtooltip Arcane Power
    • The button shows Arcane Power: its icon, cooldown and tooltip
  2. /cast Arcane Power
    • Cast Arcane Power
  3. /use 13
    • Use your top trinket (slot 13)

Limitations

  • Items don't use the global cooldown, so the trinket goes off with the spell.

How to add a macro in the game
  1. Type /macro in the chat box and press Enter, or open the game menu and choose Macros.
  2. Choose New. Give the macro a name and pick the question-mark icon: with #showtooltip the button then shows the spell it casts.
  3. On this page, choose a macro and press Copy Macro.
  4. Click into the macro window's text box and paste (Ctrl+V, or ⌘V on a Mac).
  5. Drag the macro's icon from the window onto an action bar.

General Macros are shared by all your characters on the account; Character Specific Macros belong to one character. Class macros belong in the character tab.
