Rebuild Medivh's key from three dungeon fragments and his own blessing. It was the original requirement to enter Karazhan.

Requirements

Level 68, plus groups for Shadow Labyrinth, the Steamvault, the Arcatraz and the Black Morass. The Black Morass must already be unlocked, and the Tempest Keep approach needs a flying mount.

When it applies

Required to enter Karazhan until patch 2.4.0 removed the attunement. The key still opens the tower's front gate.

Burning Crusade rules follow the original 2.0–2.4.3 patches. Anniversary realms may apply them on a different schedule.
